Lokasi betul2 tengah bandar tidak jauh dari pasar payang. Bilik ok bersih. Tidak ada cerek elektrik & iron dalam bilik. Water despenser & peti ais kecil hanya ada di kaunter bawah. Tingkap toilet menghadap laluan pintu masuk ke bilik kurang selamat bagi saya sbb tidak boleh ditutup rapat. Ini sangat bahaya n mudah utk org luar berniat jahat. Parking kereta awam. Untuk reserved hanya ada 1 lot parking dpn hotel, kena booking bayar awal kalau mahu.

I had a free upgrade from double bed to family room. So it was spacious for me. The reason of choosing this hotel was due to its distance, near the Jambatan Angkat. I had a short run from the hotel to the Jambatan Angkat return. The hotel was near to Masjid Negeri hence I didnt feel alone hearing the azan near me. Many restaurant nearby so you dont have to worry about breakfast. I will return if I were to register running event in Kuala Terengganu. It was near the Terminal bus station too. Just walking distance.

My family & i had a good stay here. Booked a family room and it is suprisingly spacious. Close to shops and restaurants. Parking off premise but thats ok bcs you only need to download the app and pay for rm0.60cents/hour which is very affordable. Overall, it’s worth the price

Nous avons été déplacés car nous avions réservé une chambre avec fenêtre et une sans nous a été attribuée. De plus la chambre avait une forte odeur d'humidité. Ils ont donc accepté de nous donner une chambre à 5min de l'hôtel dans l'un de leur partenaire. Cette chambre était cette fois à la hauteur. Méfiance donc

Cleanliness : got small bugs in the room, the bath room got stain / moldy, actually the furnitures in the room seems ages Sound Proof : totally u hear the workers cleaning the room early morning, guests checking out... Parking on street , remember to pay parking ya, the KT & KB's police traffic is aggressive😁 Worth for money, location is good, staffs so friendly

This place near to land marks such as pasar Payang..mayang mall and stadium. Near restoran so easier to find the place to eat.

room has weird smell and also found cockroach inside toilet twice. also the ac compressor is loud until can disturb sleep. otherwise everything else is just acceptable for its price.

Sometimes got hair of past guests on bed and in bathroom. Also has ants problem, i left my drink unoccupied for less than 5 mins already got ants swarmed around the cup. At least bathroom water pressure and water temp is nice.

去熱浪島之前過渡一晚上，價格很便宜，環境也將就可以，就是大半夜摩託太吵了，一夜到亮都有人在飆
